I contacted Ruby violet with very short notice needing an ice cream cake as I passed through London and they were very helpful advising I pop in to the shop. When I was in the shop the ladies there were so kind, efficient and helpful and the cake was loved by everyone at my son’s party. Thank you.

I am not usually into coffee ice cream but this has become one of my favourites. It’s rich and creamy in flavour. Unlike other coffee ice cream it is not full of artificial sugars or sweeteners. You really get that wake up kick with the mocha flavour. Really tasty.

I recently visited Ruby violet - Kings Cross to purchase an ice cream cake for my daughter, and the service I received was outstanding. The manager took the her time to patiently explain all my options and ensured the cake was carefully packed so I could travel with it without it melting. Her assistant was equally helpful and served with a warm smile.

The delivery by the courier was delayed but the Ruby Violet team were amazing helping me track the cake and get the issue resolved. The toppings for the birthday package were great, just a note, it would be great if the chocolate sauce could have an option you don't need to add cream to and warm up on the stove. We had a pool party with no appliances so couldn't use it on the day. The cake was devoured though and everyone enjoyed it!

The first flavour I look for when in an Italian gelateria - almost always unsuccessfully - so delighted to find it at Ruby Violet. Superb flavour. Hint: try combining with equally delicious British Blackcurrant.
