Was all delivered ice cold! Ice cream is delicious and the Bullion Bars are simply magic! Will buy again and highly recommend :)

Delivery was an hour earlier than notified, which could have been problematic, and the outer box was squashed as if other deliveries had been stacked on top. Inner box was undamaged though when checked, and the cake intact, and delicious!
I absolutely loved the Stracciatella! Rich flavor with the perfect amount of chocolate bits. I’m definitely coming back to try more flavors!
A last minute order that was taken and arrived just in time which was collected from the Parlour in London. Customer service was excellent both on the phone and in store. The cake looked beautiful and delighted the birthday girl. Only feedback - the sponge was really dry and seemed to come away from the ice cream. Would not order the sponge next time. The ice cream was lovely though. It would have been nice to have ice pack carrying facility at the store - but on the whole delighted and thank you.

We were delighted with the ice cream cake, it was quite delicious! My son, said that it was his favourite birthday cake since moving to the UK from the Cayman Islands 5.5 years ago. We used to have Dairy Queen ice cream cakes there which he loved, so I desperately wanted to get him something special for his 18th, and luckily came across your company. Highly recommend this ice cream cake, which came very well packaged and delivered by DHL whilst my son was at school, so he had no idea! Great Surprise! Thank you :)
The cake arrived an time and was well packaged. It looks very nice - haven’t tried yet - but surprised by the size especially as it’s meant to feed 8 or 9!
The desert itself was unbelievably delicious but even better was the service. It was a very late order and we were accommodated at every turn. Everything was brilliant.

The ice cream cake arrived perfectly packaged. I was really impressed with the quality. Everyone in the family enjoyed the ice cream for my husband's birthday. Never too old for ice cream cake!
Maxi Moo Moo is a great flavour for kids and adults alike. Plus the name always makes my 5 year old giggle.
I normally choose a sorbet as I like quite sour tastes but Ruby Violet's Belgian Chocolate is in my top 3 flavours.
All members of the family from 6 to 80 years gave big thumbs up to this cake.
The ordering, delivery, packaging and presentation were just perfect. I was concerned the cake will melt as it was delivered a couple of hours before I arrived home. But the dry ice and insulation did a great job of maintaining temperature. The cake also kept well in the freezer well for 5 days.
I ordered the almond brittle and chocolate sauce (you have to make it yourself!), which I definitely recommend. I also ordered the sponge which should come as a standard, but does not.
I would allow 45 min to defrost if the cake has been in the freezer for days.

I was tasked with obtaining an ice cream cake for my granddaughter's 17th birthday celebrations with very little notice. RubyViolet solved all my problems. The cake arrived in superb condition (i.e. frozen!) on time and was enjoyed by everyone at the party. I would thoroughly recommend the Miss Mabel Ice Cream Cake but I am sure all the cakes are delicious.
Came to this site looking for a family favourite due to the site title, everything looks lovely but cannot find any Violet flavour ice cream, Sorbet, Sauce or toppings? Oh well, maybe a suggestion for the future. Would definitely return if I wasn't on a mission to cheer up a loved one.x
I live in Canada and ordered a cake for my daughter in the UK and she said it was delicious. The communication with Ruby Violet was excellent. I wasn’t sure how delivery of an icecream cake would be but it turned out great. Would definitely order from Ruby Violet again. They made ordering an icecream so easy.
