Store at -18 degrees (the standard temperature of a domestic freezer). Store frozen, in a sealed box, for up to 3 weeks. Box size: 8x8x5 inches.

Remove your cake from the freezer and store it, uncovered, for around 30 minutes (at room temperature) before you would like to serve it. Your cake should be served when it is just starting to melt, to appreciate the full flavour of the layers. Try not to eat the cake straight out of the freezer!
Slice as you would an ordinary cake using a dry knife. It’s best not to use a wet knife as this may cause ice to form. If it’s a little difficult to slice through, run your knife under a hot tap and dry thoroughly before slicing.
If you wish to add candles it’s easier to use candle holders. Sparklers are fun but may cause the top of the cake to melt slightly.

Cake fully met expectations; delivery not so much

Easy to order on website and a delicious product as always. Highly recommended!
Delivery was an hour earlier than notified, which could have been problematic, and the outer box was squashed as if other deliveries had been stacked on top. Inner box was undamaged though when checked, and the cake intact, and delicious!

last minute 18th birthday cake request

A last minute order that was taken and arrived just in time which was collected from the Parlour in London. Customer service was excellent both on the phone and in store. The cake looked beautiful and delighted the birthday girl. Only feedback - the sponge was really dry and seemed to come away from the ice cream. Would not order the sponge next time. The ice cream was lovely though. It would have been nice to have ice pack carrying facility at the store - but on the whole delighted and thank you.

18th Birthday Ice Cream Cake (Miss Mildred)

We were delighted with the ice cream cake, it was quite delicious! My son, said that it was his favourite birthday cake since moving to the UK from the Cayman Islands 5.5 years ago. We used to have Dairy Queen ice cream cakes there which he loved, so I desperately wanted to get him something special for his 18th, and luckily came across your company. Highly recommend this ice cream cake, which came very well packaged and delivered by DHL whilst my son was at school, so he had no idea! Great Surprise! Thank you :)

Delivered on time!

The cake arrived an time and was well packaged. It looks very nice - haven’t tried yet - but surprised by the size especially as it’s meant to feed 8 or 9!
