Handmade to order ice cream cake with layers of Belgian Chocolate, Salted Caramel & Almond Nut Brittle and Maxi Moo Moo, with a Dark Chocolate Ganache Top. 

Choose your decorations (choose from: Frozen Berries, Frozen Berries & Exotic Fruits, Sprinkles, Fondant Roses, ice cream Rainbow & Clouds or no decoration) and add a sponge base or bespoke message in chocolate.

Our ice cream cakes will perfectly keep in the freezer in their packaging for up to 3 weeks, so you can order in advance of your celebration and avoid any last minute stress!

Store at -18 degrees (the standard temperature of a domestic freezer). Store frozen, in a sealed box, for up to 3 weeks. Box size: 8x8x5 inches.

Remove your cake from the freezer and store it, uncovered, for around 30 minutes (at room temperature) before you would like to serve it. Your cake should be served when it is just starting to melt, to appreciate the full flavour of the layers. Try not to eat the cake straight out of the freezer!
Slice as you would an ordinary cake using a dry knife. It’s best not to use a wet knife as this may cause ice to form. If it’s a little difficult to slice through, run your knife under a hot tap and dry thoroughly before slicing.
If you wish to add candles it’s easier to use candle holders. Sparklers are fun but may cause the top of the cake to melt slightly.

A Lovely Cake

The cake was beautifully presented & visually stunning yet quite simple. The cake was made of 3 layers: chocolate, vanilla and salted caramel. We did feel however that the vanilla layer did not add much to the overall taste of the cake. Am not sure why as the vanilla should have set the other 2 layers off nicely. But overall it was good. Service at the Kings Cross store was excellent.

Cake itself was good. Flavours are nice. Service was good but extras were odd the chart. I paid £15 for it to be personalised and felt it was not worth it
