ST MARTIN'S LANE
Ruby Violet attended a meeting at St Martin’s Lane in Covent Garden, London. The hotel had big plans to create a summer oasis in their outdoor terrace. Already partnered with Veuve Clicquot, they had designed a summer menu and wanted to sell some divine ice cream and sorbet to go alongside.
We provided them with a branded Ruby Violet freezer to hold our tiny tubs and they selected 5 of our classic flavours - Belgian Chocolate, Salted Caramel with Almond Nut Brittle, Raspberry Ripple, Matcha and Italian lemon sorbet. We also created a bespoke sorbet with Veuve Clicquot. The freezer was present at their terrace throughout the entire Summer and we even attended their opening evening to serve samples.
