Our completely over the top ice cream cake with PZAZZ... the most glamorous of them all, ice cream and frills galore!
The starting version includes 3 ice cream layers of your choice, coating in dark chocolate ganache, white chocolate ganache or dyed white chocolate ganache of your choosing and 2 layers of piped icing (one round the base and the other around the top). See below how you can customise this stunning cake to make your parties unforgettable!

Serves 18 (or 24-30-36 if adding 1-2-3 sponge layers).

Our iced delights are delivered in fully compostable or recyclable packaging and sent with enough dry ice to survive around 24 hours outside the freezer so don't worry if you're not home at the time of delivery! They keep perfectly in the freezer in their packaging for up to 3 weeks so you can order in advance of your celebrations and avoid any stress.

All our ice cream is vegetarian and contains milk and egg. All our sorbets are vegan. All flavours may contain traces of other allergens. As this cake includes bespoke flavour layers, the full allergen list depends on your final choice of flavours, contact us at parlour@rubyviolet.co.uk for details.

Store at -18 degrees (the standard temperature of a domestic freezer). Your cake will keep in the freezer in a sealed box for up to 3 weeks. As the height of your cake depends on your customisations, please check with us to make sure you have enough space in your freezer to accommodate your Madame Pompadour.

Remove your cake from the freezer and store it, uncovered, for around 30 minutes (at room temperature) before you would like to serve it. Your cake should be served when it is just starting to melt, to appreciate the full flavour of the layers. Try not to eat the cake straight out of the freezer!
Slice as you would an ordinary cake using a dry knife. It’s best not to use a wet knife as this may cause ice to form. If it’s a little difficult to slice through, run your knife under a hot tap and dry thoroughly before slicing.
If you wish to add candles it’s easier to use candle holders. Sparklers are fun but may cause the top of the cake to melt slightly.
