Our mince pies are all handmade.

For our mincemeat we core and chop our local English cooking apples, we zest and juice lemons and oranges, we weigh out raisins, sultanas and golden sultanas, Muscovado sugar and spices, bake in an oven with English butter and then we add in some Brandy for good measure.

Each of our mince pies are encased in a delicate shortcrust pastry, topped with frangipane and decorated with a torched marzipan tree.

Our iced delights are delivered in fully compostable or recyclable packaging and sent with enough dry ice to survive until around 3pm the day after delivery outside the freezer so don't worry if you're not home at the time of delivery! All our cakes keep perfectly in the freezer in their packaging for up to 3 weeks, so we recommend ordering in advance.
