Our iced delights are delivered in fully compostable or recyclable packaging and sent with enough dry ice to survive around 24 hours outside the freezer so don't worry if you're not home at the time of delivery! All our cakes keep perfectly in the freezer in their packaging for up to 3 weeks, so we recommend ordering in advance.

If you have missed the order deadline but would still like to place an order please contact us at parlour@ rubyviolet.co.uk and we will try to accommodate your request.

Ice Cream Roses: MILK, EGG, SOYA (soya in the Belgian Chocolate one only)
Belgian Chocolate Ice Cream: MILK, EGG, SOYA
Maxi Moo Moo Ice Cream: MILK, EGG

Mini Meringues: EGG
Toffee Pieces: MILK
Wafers: WHEAT

All our products are manufacture in a kitchen that handles ground and tree nuts, sesame seeds, product containing sulphites, milk, egg, soya and wheat, so even though every precaution has been taken we cannot guarantee that our products are free from allergens.

Store the ice cream tubs and Ice Cream Roses in the freezer.
Store the toffee pieces in the fridge.
Store the mini meringues and the wafers in a cool, dark cupboard.

Remove your tubs and roses from the freezer around 10-20 minutes before you would like to eat them, this time will vary a little depending on the ambient temperature. Do not eat when too frozen, allow to soften to appreciate the full flavours.
