SHIPPING: £10 for orders below £70. We ship to mainland UK on a Thursday of your choice, when you order before midday the previous Monday, using a next-day DHL service. Some areas of the UK don't qualify for next day service with DHL which unfortunately means we are unable to ship to you. Our ice cream would not survive longer than 48 hours, even packed with dry ice! You can use our widget at checkout to verify if your postcode qualifies.

LOCAL DELIVERY: £5 for orders below £70. We offer a Local Delivery service Tuesday to Friday in North London/Bedfordshire. Use the widget at checkout to see if your postcode qualifies.

INGREDIENTS: Blackcurrants (40.6%), Glucose Syrup (36.7%) [Water (87.6%), Granulated Sugar (34.4%), Glucose Powder (2.4%), Sorbet Stabiliser (0.87%) [Pectin, Mono And Diglycerides Of Fatty Acids, Guar Gum, Sodium Citrate, Cellulose Gum]], Sugar Syrup (17.4%) [Granulated Sugar (56.2%), Water (56.2%)], Water, Italian Lemon Juice (1%).

ALLERGY ADVICE: All our sorbets may contain traces of allergens.

Store at -18 degrees (the standard temperature of a domestic freezer). Best when consumed before the best before date shown.

Allow the tubs to sit outside the freezer for 5-10 minutes to fully enjoy the flavours and textures.

This sorbet is fantastic - it's basically like eating fresh blackcurrants but in a cold and refreshing form. I can't recommend it enough!

Recieved a delivery of ice cream, very well packed and ice cream in good frozen condition. Blackcurrant sorbet was very vibrant and flavoursome and Belgian chocolate rich and indulgent, thoroughly enjoyed by everyone!
