We are very excited to launch our new point based VIP Loyalty Programme!
By joining, you will be able to earn points - Ruby Stars - not just through purchases, but also through actions such as following us on social media, leaving a review, referring a friend etc.
For a few years we have been running a loyalty programme using our app. Unfortunately that system was not compatible with our online store, while we are very happy to say that this new programme works across all platforms, online and in our parlour. The app has now been phased out and all customers who had an account have been moved across to the new system, and so have their points.
After you sign up to be a Ruby Violet VIP, you will access a 3 tier system:
- Single Scoop - 0 to 1499 Ruby Stars: earn 10 Ruby Stars for each £1 spent.
- Double Scoop - 1500 to 3500 Ruby Stars: earn 12 Ruby Stars for each £1 spent.
- Knickerbocker Glory: above 3500 Ruby Stars: earn 14 Ruby Stars for each £1 spent.
