Forced Rhubarb Season is Here!

Hurrah! At long last it’s forced rhubarb season and we’ve invested heavily in boxes and boxes of Olroyds beautiful delicate rhubarb

.

When we first started making rhubarb sorbet we actually went up to Harrogate and brought a box back on the train, nowdays we buy in larger quantities, although the buying process is not quite as much fun!

We’ve churned Napoli’s and tubs, it’s a delightful colour, so pretty and tastes divine ❤️🍧

We wash and cut into pieces, gently poach and blend, then slowly churn. Voila a delight to behold!
