This thick dark chocolate and gold leaf bar is the Ruby Violet version of a very sophisticated choc ice. Layers of soft mint, Belgian Chocolate and Maxi Moo Moo (organic milk) ice cream and our own crunchy mint chocolate bits, encased in dark chocolate and decorated with edible gold leaf.

Our iced delights are delivered in fully compostable or recyclable packaging and sent with enough dry ice to survive around 24 hours outside the freezer so don't worry if you're not home at the time of delivery! They keep perfectly in the freezer in their packaging for up to 3 weeks so you can order in advance of your celebrations and avoid any stress.

Store in the freezer. Box size: 20x20x4 cm.

Before serving, leave for around 45 minutes in the fridge or 20 minutes at room temperature to allow to soften. Cut with a dry, sharp knife.

Dee-lish Bullion Bars!!

Your Royale Mint Chocolate Bullion Bars are simply magnificent! Crisp chocolate, gorgeous mint ice cream, and the gold leaf is such a luxe touch. Had them last year, again this year, and although I have one saved in the freezer, can’t wait until December when I can order some more!

Struck Gold!

We were delighted with our fabulous looking Bullions Bars, generously covered in gold leaf. They looked great and were enjoyed by all, with compliments on the thick smooth rich chocolate casing and lovely mint/chocolate ice cream inside. A festive delight!
