Our iced delights are delivered in fully compostable or recyclable packaging and sent with enough dry ice to survive around 24 hours outside the freezer so don't worry if you're not home at the time of delivery! All our cakes keep perfectly in the freezer in their packaging for up to 3 weeks, so we recommend ordering in advance.

If you have missed the order deadline but would still like to place an order please contact us at parlour@ rubyviolet.co.uk and we will try to accommodate your request.

Store at -18 degrees (the standard temperature of a domestic freezer). Best when consumed before the best before date shown.

Allow the tubs to sit outside the freezer for 5-10 minutes to fully enjoy the flavours and textures.

Mmmmmm salted caramel - perfect. Liquorice & blackcurrant and chocolate orange are equally divine :-). It’s impossible to put it back in the freezer once you’ve started it! Also I heard you donated a lot to our fabulous NHS during the Covid peak - Thankyou so much on behalf of all the hospital staff & ambulance crews who enjoyed a little taste of luxury as they worked their socks off. Support from our local communities means so much.
