Our iced delights are delivered in fully compostable or recyclable packaging and sent with enough dry ice to survive around 24 hours outside the freezer so don't worry if you're not home at the time of delivery! All our cakes keep perfectly in the freezer in their packaging for up to 3 weeks, so we recommend ordering in advance.

If you have missed the order deadline but would still like to place an order please contact us at parlour@ rubyviolet.co.uk and we will try to accommodate your request.

ALLERGEN ADVICE: all our ice cream is vegetarian, it contains milk and egg and may contain other allergens. All our sorbets are vegan but may contain allergens.

The DIY Sundae Box measures 29 x 21.5 x 13cm. The tubs (474ml) need to be stored in the freezer. The meringues should be stored in a cool dark place (box size 23.5x8x5cm). All toppings and sauces should be stored in the fridge.

Can't add photo as already quaffed, ice cream doesn't last long here. The ice cream is not too sweet, makes it perfect to add all the toppings 😋

Customer service is absolutely excellent! I ordered for my Grandad’s birthday gift and from what I hear the ice cream sundae kit was fantastic. I contacted the company when I saw the flavor that I really wanted wasn’t available and they added it to the website within the hour so I could order. Thank you Ruby Violet- I will be ordering again for sure! 11/10 recommend!
