The afternoon tea was absolute delicious and so well thought out. It was an amazing afternoon tea. I did feel that the staff could have been more friendly when serving up the afternoon tea. That would have added to the ambiance.

The afternoon tea was presented absolutely beautifully on a freezing cold metal crane (bird). It was a hot day and we were next to the window, on a shared table (which felt pretty weird). Pretty much everything looked amazing but was sickly sweet. Many of the chocolate-enclosed ice creams were liquid inside by the time we got to them which wasn't good. I had emailed in advance to ask how an afternoon tea made of ice cream wouldn't be a melted mess by the time we got to eating the last bits and had been assured that they knew what they were doing and everything would be fine. Neither me nor my friend finished the whole afternoon tea, something that's quite unusual. Conclusion: looked amazing but that's as far as it went. Definitely would not repeat.
