Well anybody who knows me even a little bit knows that I love a good trifle, in my days as a photographer I introduced several of my assistants to the delights of a Marks & Spencer’s trifle taking the love back to Sweden and afar.
We used to make a really good trifle ice cream but it became rather expensive as we sloshed more and more sherry about, however this year we have created an amazingly good Star Sherry Trifle Ice Cream Cake to celebrate Christmas and in fact anything you fancy. Given our slight change in direction, leaving behind our King's Cross parlour with more focus on our online cakes and frozen ice cream desserts and pop ups for the Summer only, we’re all very excited for The Quality Food Awards next month. There are 6 of us going from HQ to celebrate, obviously we want to win 🤞

We won a bronze last year in the Judges Choice with our Blueberry & Lemon Curd flavour, which is currently available to order in tubs. This year we have our 2 cakes in a shortlist of 7 so hopefully we will be victorious! We’ll keep you posted.
