Mini Raspberry Bombes - Raspberry Ice Cream set on a Genoese Sponge base with Raspberry Jam encased in Ruby Chocolate and adorned with Freeze Dried Raspberry.

Jaffa Bombes - Chocolate Orange Ice Cream set on a Seville Orange Marmalade and Genoese Sponge base encased in Dark Chocolate and adorned with Candied Orange Peel.

The mini bombes come in a box of four.

SHIPPING: £10 for orders below £70. We ship to mainland UK on a Thursday of your choice, when you order before midday the previous Monday, using a next-day DHL service. Some areas of the UK don't qualify for next day service with DHL which unfortunately means we are unable to ship to you. Our ice cream would not survive longer than 48 hours, even packed with dry ice! You can use our widget at checkout to verify if your postcode qualifies.

LOCAL DELIVERY: £5 for orders below £70. We offer a Local Delivery service Tuesday to Friday in North London/Bedfordshire. Use the widget at checkout to see if your postcode qualifies.

Store at -18 degrees (the standard temperature of a domestic freezer). Store in a sealed box for up to 8 weeks.
Box size: 8x8x1.5 inches

Remove your desserts from the freezer around 10-20 minutes before you would like to eat them, this time will vary a little depending on the ambient temperature. Do not eat when too frozen. Allow to soften to appreciate full flavour of the ice cream.

The mini raspberry and mini jaffa bombes were absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. A perfect treat to help us celebrate the start of the New Year!

Apparently the mini-bombes can be kept in a freezer for up to 8 weeks. Like that's important - mine never got close! Arriving wrapped in dry ice and a wool fleece they were perfectly frozen. The chocolate needed a satisfying crack to open, and the raspberry flavour was so fresh and fruity. I intended to have one a day but the box was finished within 24 hours - they aren't really for sharing! Ruby Violet has consistently great ice cream and sorbet for every occasion - order a delivery, you won't be disappointed
