TERMS & CONDITIONS

 - No order is confirmed until full payment has been received from the customer.  

- You can cancel or amended your order by contacting us, so long as we have not started the production of your order  

- Once we have started to produce your order, no changes can be made.  

- Your order will be delivered to the address you enter upon checkout.  

- Your delivery address can be amended, provided you contact us before 10am, the day before your delivery is due.   

- DHL can deliver anytime up until 10pm on your chosen delivery day.   

- If you are not home when delivery of your order is attempted, DHL will leave it in a safe space.  

- We cannot refund any orders which are not accepted/turned away.  

- Whilst we do everything within our power to get your order to you for the date you request, we cannot refund you for any orders which arrive late. For this reason, we advise all customers to place their orders up to three weeks in advance.  

- Should there be a problem with your order, we will do our best to get it right. We ask that you let us know in writing by emailing parlour@rubyviolet.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery. You will be required to provide proof of the damage with images, your order number and a description of the damage.  

- We cannot be responsible for delivery errors due to inaccuracies or incompleteness of details by our customers.  - We do not accept returns or exchanges on perishable food items or gift cards.

- You should not amend the delivery address with DHL, once your order has been dispatched, unless advised to by us. This will result in your delivery being pushed back by one day, and your order will likely arrive melted.
