Each of our individual Baked Alaskas are made from Raspberry Ripple ice cream set on a round of Genoese sponge, enclosed in Italian meringue. Hot and crispy on the outside with an arctic centre.

Individual servings / approx 7cm high

Supplied frozen, use within 48 hours

(Cooking instructions: Cook in a very hot oven from frozen, 5 mins at 210°C)
